Thursday June 8th @ Langley HS 4-7pm ($45)
Friday June 9th @ Mt Vernon HS 4-6pm ($30)

Take your physical form (pages 1, 2, and 4 completed and signed) and the your cash or check made out to the appropriate school. Falls Church Athletic Training will receive a portion of the collected funds if any Falls Church athlete attends.
