Jaguar Alum Contributes to Victory in Her First College Game

Marcella Janczewski, graduated from FCHS in June, but it did not take her long to make her mark in the college game. Now attending Christopher Newport University, Cella is a member of the Women's Field Hockey team at CNU. In the season opener against Catawba, the former Jaguar assisted on a goal in a 3-1 win for the Captains.

On Sunday, September 25, Marcella's team will play Catholic University in Washington D.C. I hope everyone will mark that date on their calendar and go watch Marcella play. The teams website is http://athletics.cnu.edu/Sports/fieldhockey/index.html
