For all sports, each student is required to have a physical examination in order to participate in tryouts. The physical must be completed after MAY 1st 2007 and be on the current VHSL physical form (this form may be obtained from our http://fallschurchsports.org web page, under “LINKS” tab) or picked up at the FCHS Student Activities Office.
