Summer Volleyball Workouts

Open to anyone who is interested in conditioning, playing volleyball, and wants to work on volleyball skills. In order to participate you must bring your physical form completed, and emergency card signed. Please make sure you bring shoes, water, and knee pads if you have them.

Volleyball Workouts (Green Days):

    • June 20—4:30-6:30pm (Main Gym)
    • June 27--4:30-6pm (Small Gym)
    • July 11—4:30-6:30pm (Main Gym)
    • July 18—5-7pm (Main Gym)
    • July 30—4:30-6:30pm (Main)
