Each season students must complete this Emergency Care form and submit it to the Activities office prior to tryouts (along with the Extracurricular Participation form and the VHSL physical form-- the physical form only needs to be submitted once a SCHOOL YEAR).

Seeking Team Reps Every team functions at its best when there is a parent team rep (or 2 co-reps) to assist the team. This is a very easy job, requiring less than 15 hours per season. See this attachment for a document that spells out very clearly what the responsibilities are - which are basically sending email reminders to the team, assisting with the Booster Fall fundraiser, coordinate coverage for one snack bar shift, and attending 2-3 monthly Booster meetings. That's it! We have even made it easy by providing the team rep with all the parent and student emails for communications. If interested, advise your coach at the Parent/Coaches meeting or respond to jo@mtgsplus.com so we can get you started.
